Direct Deposit Form – Locums for Rural BC is pleased to offer our locum and host physicians the option of direct deposit for faster reimbursement of travel expenses, incurred during rural locum assignments via HEABC/Locum for Rural BC Finance Dept.

You will receive reimbursement within 7 days rather than twice monthly through MSP. Cut-off is every Friday at 12 noon for payment the following Friday if all documentation received is correct (expense form and receipts). You can use the same bank account information in place with MSP, or use a different one – depending on your preference and that of your accountant.

Travel Request Document – If you would like LRBC to arrange travel for this assignment, please complete a travel request form and return to travel@locumsruralbc.ca

Note: Once travel has been confirmed and booked by Locums for Rural BC, any cost changes for personal reasons shall be the responsibility of the locum physician.
