Clinic Composition
5.5 Physicians, and supporting office staff.
Local Resources

Ambulance including Air Ambulance services.
Call Expectations
Permanent physicians work a rotation of 1:6 with 24 hours on call from 8am to 8am

Visiting Specialist/Consultant Information
Quarterly visits from specialists practicing in physical medicine & rehab, dermatology and internal medicine. Regular weekly telehealth visits with a rheumatologist.

Welcoming Procedures
Locums are met by clinic staff on day of arrival. They are given a quick tour of town and shown where the clinic and hospital are located. They are then rescored to the locum accommodation.
Orientation
First morning orientated at hospital by the on call physician. Then clinic orientation and MOIS training.
Social Involvement
Locum receives pass to local gym (MXV Gym)
Clinic Policy
Regular office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm closed 12pm-1pm for lunch, closed all statutory holidays.
Appointments are booked at 15 or 20 minutes intervals
Acute Care Clinic is operated daily from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. Physicians all rotate through the acute care clinic, with one physician in the morning and one in the afternoon being responsible for the patients
Any MOCAP or REEF questions can be directed to the Clinic Manager.
